When you write to Harcourt Assessment, always include in your letter: your name, address, and Social Security Number, and refer to the PCAT as the testing program that your letter concerns.

When you call Harcourt Assessment, you should keep a record of when you called, the name of the person to whom you spoke, and the information you were given.

The policies, procedures, and fees in this section of the web site apply to all administrations of the Pharmacy College Admission Test (PCAT) that occur from September 1, 2004, to August 31, 2005. The online application on this web site can be used to apply for tests given between September 1, 2004, and August 31, 2005, only.
